Meegan Carlson is the Senior Director of People, Culture & Enablement at Acuity Insights, where she manages the teams tasked with providing an exceptional and inclusive journey for both candidates and employees. Bringing with her a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development, Meegan has played a pivotal role in driving positive cultural change within the company. She has a background spanning medical education, SaaS, and education technology. Prior to her current role, Meegan spearheaded the creation of Acuity’s Revenue Operations function, focusing on optimizing processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Meegan is actively involved in her community, volunteering her time and expertise to support causes she is passionate about. She is committed to advancing diversity and inclusivity in the workplace while also guiding aspiring young professionals in their pursuit of successful careers in people management.
