Adam Thody is Vice President of Engineering at Acuity Insights, where he leads the engineering organization behind Acuity’s platform — connecting admissions assessments, program management, and analytics into a coherent system that helps institutions understand and support learners across the full lifecycle. He brings two decades of experience spanning hands-on technical leadership, executive org-building, and platform engineering at scale.

Most recently, Adam led the engineering organization at OneVest, a Series B fintech, through an AI-native transformation, establishing AI as a core part of how the team builds while modernizing the delivery system that supports it. Prior to that, as VP of Software Engineering at Heroku (Salesforce), he was responsible for the platform experience used by millions of developers, spanning APIs, identity, build systems, language runtimes, and developer tooling. He also held senior engineering leadership roles across Salesforce’s developer products and data platform teams.
